I actually am not a fan of tuna and don’t mind this kind! I found it at sprouts. It’s called Safe Catch, Canned Wild Ahi Yellowfin Tuna.
- 1c jasmine rice (I buy the individual one minute rice)
- 1 can wild ahi tuna
- 1 small cucumber
- Roasted seaweed
- 1tbsp Hellmann’s chipotle mayonnaise
I also had a kombucha for my GERD for a healthier stomach . 😁
