Macros: 451 cals, 43g protein

I actually am not a fan of tuna and don’t mind this kind! I found it at sprouts. It’s called Safe Catch, Canned Wild Ahi Yellowfin Tuna.

  • 1c jasmine rice (I buy the individual one minute rice)
  • 1 can wild ahi tuna
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Roasted seaweed
  • 1tbsp Hellmann’s chipotle mayonnaise

I also had a kombucha for my GERD for a healthier stomach . 😁
